Covid-19 Safety Measures

Safety remains a priority for us and so many of the changes we have made at our venue will stay in place (such as improved ventilation, enhanced cleaning, staggered game times, and provision of hand sanitising stations).
Team bookings
- As usual, all game bookings are private – it is only ever you and your team in the room together.
- Game times are now staggered to reduce the chance of two different teams arriving at once.
Face masks
- Face masks are optional. If you would prefer out games hosts to wear a face mask, just let us know when you arrive.
- In-room story briefings are now delivered via pre-recorded video.
Ventilation & hygiene measures
- Brand-new mechanical ventilation system, capable of 3x full air changes per hour, to remove airborne Coronavirus aerosols.
- Alcohol-gel hand sanitising stations are provided for visitors to use before and after their game.
- Enhanced cleaning is taking place with a particular focus on touch-points. Communal areas are also cleaned regularly.

- Non-participants may now wait in our lobby area while their team is playing a game, but please contact us first to arrange this.
- We have equipped our Games Host station in the lobby with a hygiene screen and you are welcome to browse our boxed games before leaving.

Please also take note of the following Covid-19 safety measures:
- If you or any member of your team is displaying any Covid-19 symptoms, you MUST NOT visit. We can re-book your game for another day at no additional charge, subject to availability and with at least 12 hours notice.
- Teams should arrive at the time stated on their booking confirmation email or no more than 5 minutes beforehand.
