We are moving to a new venue in Swindon and will be closed from 31st July until approximately November (exact re-opening date TBC).

Our gift vouchers are typically redeemable for up to 12 months. Any vouchers that are still valid on 31st July 2023 will be extended to allow them to be used after we have finished moving. As we do not yet have a firm re-opening date, and because we cannot guarantee that all games will be reinstated in an identical condition to their current state, we’d recommend using any outstanding vouchers before the end of July. Our Professor Dunstan game may close for good after we move.

During the move we will also be reviewing our standard game prices. These have remained the same throughout the pandemic and current cost-of-living crisis while we have absorbed increasing overhead costs without passing them on to our customers. As a small business, additional costs certainly do add up and to enable us to continue providing our high quality experiences we anticipate a small increase in our prices after reopening. In regards to vouchers, if you have a voucher for a set number of players (for example a voucher for a 2-player game) that is extended while we move, then we will honour our current prices when it is redeemed.

Additional Information

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed as full or part payment for any booking of our 60 minute games: Professor Dunstan or Sub Terra. All vouchers can be used towards any booking (for example, a £50 voucher will cover a 2-player game, but it can also be used towards the cost of a 6-player game).
Physical Vouchers and Gift Packages will be despatched the next working day.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers

  • To redeem an existing voucher:
  • 1) Visit our booking page and select your adventure by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button displayed below it.
  • 2) Use the calendar to find the session you wish to book, adjust the number of players as required, and press "continue".
  • 3) Enter your gift voucher code in the box provided and press the "ADD" button.
  • 4) Complete the rest of the checkout process to finalise your booking - you will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.
